BlackBerry Partner Program for Solution Providers — Enrollment Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a BlackBerry Solution Provider. By joining our program, your organization may become eligible to resell BlackBerry Solutions and other products and services to Customers.

In order to participate in the BlackBerry Partner Program for Solution Providers, your organization must:

  1. Meet the Mandatory Pre-Requisites,

  2. Complete the Registration Form,

  3. Accept the BlackBerry Reseller Agreement, and

  4. Submit your Application

Please note: Only one application is required per organization and the application needs to be completed by the person who has authority to bind your organization. All applications will go through business approval. BlackBerry reserves the right to decline an application without notice.

1. Mandatory Pre-Requisites

  • Your organization must be a legally registered company

  • Your organization must have an operational corporate website

  • You must use a corporate email domain — no free or web based email accounts

  • You must use your corporate email address — no group email addresses or DLs (Distribution Lists)

BlackBerry is unable to process applications that do not adhere to the above requirements.

2. Registration Form

Please ensure all fields are filled in completely and accurately, otherwise your application may be rejected.

3. Acceptance of the BlackBerry Reseller Agreement

The BlackBerry Reseller Agreement is set out below. This is a legal agreement between BlackBerry and your organization, which includes various legal rights and obligations for both you and BlackBerry. Please read its terms carefully. By confirming your acceptance below, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with BlackBerry.

BLACKBERRY RESELLER AGREEMENT

Please note: Acceptance of the BlackBerry Reseller Agreement is a pre-condition to your organization’s participation in the BlackBerry Partner Program, and access to the Partner Tools. If you do not accept the BlackBerry Reseller Agreement, you may not take part in the BlackBerry Partner Program.

4. Submit the Application Form

By submitting this Enrollment Application, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You have authority to bind your organization, and

  • As set out in the BlackBerry Reseller Agreement, that BlackBerry may process your personal data for the purpose of (i) assessing your Application and (ii) sending Program related communications to you and to any additional contacts from your organization that we hold in our database.
